My stage 2 was bought used, so no warranty. Worked fine for almost a year. Now makes random loud glitchy noises in the middle of gigs! It's terrible. I've downloaded latest updates, reloaded sound bank from DVD, and screamed a lot.
Please help.

Re: Stage 2 making spontaneous glitch noise
I would see if I could find an authorized service center in your area and prepare to $$$ pony it up. Honestly, on the light end of things I would guess it would he an output. So I would switch from output 1-2 to 3-4 and that will at least isolate whether the glitch is related to the outputs. If it continues while using 3-4 you can go from there, and it may be the Logic board;", hope not, but good luck.

Re: Stage 2 making spontaneous glitch noise
Do I need to route the output, or does it automatically use all 4 outputs?

Re: Stage 2 making spontaneous glitch noise
You need to route, check "Output routing" in the manual...

Re: Stage 2 making spontaneous glitch noise
this noise is almost certainly caused by one or more failing components on the mainboard. Your Nord is in need of major surgery. Please contact me at my workplace as shown below.

Re: Stage 2 making spontaneous glitch noise
hey guys
I have the same problem with my NS2, can someone please explain me how did you solve the problem?
Someone told me that it could be just a detached cable inside the NS2 because of the transport from Italy to Slovenia via UPS.
Thank you for your help.
Kind regards
Aljaž
