Stage 2 - Higher Notes Improperly Sustain

Postby Guigo » 18 Feb 2017, 22:25

Hi, I have a Nord Stage 2 HA76, and the higher notes (right side, treble) are sounding like if I was pressing the sustain pedal, but i'm not.

The notes that starts showing this problem changes when I change the piano type. For example, while using Grand Imperial Bdorf, the issue starts at G
note (at the highest octave, right side) and keeps until the end of the keyboard, and if I change the piano to Studio Grand 2 YaC7, the problem starts at F#.

Also If I change the Octave, the issue keeps with the same notes.

I've already made the factory restore and system update, but nothing changes.

Have you ever seen this before?

Hope for a easy solution.
Thanks a lot,
Guilherme

Hi Guilherme,
yes, you see this on every real piano which has no dampers in the, round about, upper octave. This is no problem, it's a feature.
Bless
Hughes

Hi Hughes,
I was going crazy here.
I've only noticed that today.
I'm selling my nord, and today a guy came home to see it, and while he was testing all the notes, we got surprised by that.
I hope he still wants it!!
thanks a lot for your message!
