Ok, thanks for the pictures, good to know that's an easy fix...

Tkanks Bio Floyd, I began to have Wheel bug these days, and it's like you: Connector badly plugged !

I have fix that and it works fine again.
Actual synth: Nord Modular G2 - Nord Stage 3 73 - Virus Ti2 - Peak - Prophet 6
Before: Nord Lead 3 & 4, Stage 1&2, Wave, Virus C, DSI Tetra, P12, and few others...

Issues with your brand new Stage 3? That's surprising...
@All: Never had any issue with my wheel on my Stage 2 since 2011, then I'm lucky!?
Anyway, if it happens I will know how to fix it, thanks again....

My issue isn't solved in fact. Sometimes, when I play, wheel transmit without any action from me. I notice that it happends somtimes when a play, or when I touch the bord (and not only near the wheel). I try to make a video before send my NS3 in repair because it can work fine for 10 minutes, and do thisjust 1 second. So,it seems to be a hardware issue, maybe with the motherboard...

Sorry to,hear that, I would hate to have it to send back any of my gear. It never happens to me. I had 2 times my D50 fixed, 1 time my TX802, it was just battery to change after 30 years, both by a tech at 15mn from home and that's it. NL2X, Stage 2, D50, C2 ,P12 and P08 never gave me any trouble...So, as keyboards issues as driven by statistics, please guys, continue to have them, then "Statistically", I will have less and less chance to get one to fix. Just kidding.

Same issue at my brand new NS3 compact. I opened it. The plug wasn't in properly. Now the machine works fine. Thank you very much Bio Floyd for the good advice und the photo!!

So are folks just plugging the wheel connector back in or are you taking steps to secure it more firmly so it doesn't come back off in transport?

I move my keyboards around a lot and don't want to risk having a connector come off. Anyone use Locktite or gaffers tape to secure the connector?
