I think that there is a lot of lead time involved in these updates. I think that the changes that were implemented in this current firmware update are largely issues that the company was aware of before some of our more pressing concerns came to light over the last couple of weeks. I am going to stay optimistic as long as they keep these updates frequent.Quai34 wrote:So, the issue with the B3 is still not solved and the dual Kb is still the one with a removed option brought by the 1.24 update right?

I didn't have the Electro, but the organ is luscious to me. I love the attack on the B3, which wasn't on the NS2, can't stop playing it!

I have the Electro 5 but I'm not familiar enough with how the B3 is supposed to work, nor am I an experienced enough organ player to catch these things right away.

Weird. I’ve found the Stage 3 pretty useful on the gigs I’ve played with it so far, and knowing it has fewer bugs is a good thing.Leonid wrote:Useless
Issues with the organ notwithstanding.

That’s what I was thinking, but didn’t want to discount others’ opinions. This is my first Nord and it sounds amazing to me.Copia wrote:I didn't have the Electro, but the organ is luscious to me. I love the attack on the B3, which wasn't on the NS2, can't stop playing it!

1) I own nord stage 3 compact. 2) useless is firmware 1.26 as everybody on this forum moaning about that firmware 1.24 killed Dual keyboarD panel. But Nord Team ignores it completely 3) Yes, it sounds good. But to kill features everybody is using - nonsense.

Re: NS3 OS 1.26 is live
It seems obvious that “everybody” isn’t using the Panel function of dual-keyboard mode.
Were I to ever need dual-KB mode, I can see the use of having the entire panel for additional flexibility over a single engine, but at present, I’m not.
The six people who used this feature are VERY vocal about it (and rightly so IMO), with at least one person complaining both here and in several places on Facebook, but stop pretending that there is universal outrage.

So every update Nord ever comes out with for the NS3 is useless, unless it restores Dual KB panel mode?Leonid wrote:1) I own nord stage 3 compact. 2) useless is firmware 1.26 as everybody on this forum moaning about that firmware 1.24 killed Dual keyboarD panel.
