I finally was able to connect with Pablo when I got back to Connecticut and he spent a good amount of time with me to try to restore my machine. He was extremely responsive and helpful. Although I was able to rebuild and upgrade the OS, it was eventually determined that there was a hardware problem (I think in the flash memory). It just would not retain programs in the Bank A portion (I would save them, and reboot and they were gone). My vendor (Sweetwater) was very responsive and sent me a replacement very quickly. While I was impressed and very grateful for the support from both Pablo and Sweetwater, I have to admit that I'm a little reluctant about Nord and its quality control. This is my first Nord product, so I have to say honestly that from a product reliability standpoint, this didn't make a very good first impression. Hopefully my replacement machine will be trouble free, as I do really like the NS3 from a performance standpoint.
