NS3 Compact + Studiologic SL88 Grand or other controller

What do you think/ know about controlling pianos of NS3C by Studiologic SL88 Grand (velocity response, pianistic feel) and about Studiologic SL88 Grand itself as keybed for pianist? Maybe different combo should be considered? Action and feel should be the best possible also adjusting velocity curves should be available. Budget for external keybed (can also be with on-board sounds): 1000 - 1500 $; new or used. Also propositions beyond the budget are welcome as they can be very useful in the future.
