Hello everybody,

can please someone help me? I have NORD STAGE2 and I understand that TRANSPOSE function works per program, not globally
however I face truly strange problem. Once I needed to do the transpose for piano, simple thing. But, after I turned it off,
I can see (actually hear, and compare to another instrument) that WHOLE NORD is simply transposed 2 semi tones down.
My C key is B key. And this is for all programs! In case I want real C KEY, I do need to transpose each program 2 semi tones up.
What can this be? Nowhere I have found any answer.

Hi,

(Takling about the 2EX here but I guess it should be the same)

There are two transposition possibilities.
One per program (transpose button) and one general (diving in the menus -> System).

The general transposition via the menu will apply to every program.
So let's say you put -1 to the general. For one of your program, you set transposition to +1 via the transpose button. This particular program will at the end not be transposed (-1+1= 0).

and I owe you one beer! I never knew that there were 2 such options and might have happened, that I had dug the transpose in system before,
but later, actually very much later, when I turned Nord on, I simply went into transpose function to transpose back, forgetting I have set it in system before...
Whatever, since now it works, and my C is C!
