Hi,

I'm having a problem accessing the Stage Manager on an EX. I'm running the latest OS and when I attempt to upload new sounds, I receive a message stating that "FileTransfer protocol v3 is required, v4 was found." So I'm unable to even open the Stage Manager. However, when just playing around and trying to get it to work, I went back to OS 4.0 where I still wasn't able to upload new sounds, but was able to delete them. I'm back on v6.04 now, and still can't get it to do anything.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
you're sure you use the latest version 5.48 of the Sound Manager?
Because this message occurred sometimes when using 4.x versions of the Nord Sound Manager. (see http://www.laboitenoiredumusicien.com/f ... php?t=3222)
If not, download the newest version from Nord including the most recent driver.
Otherwise I would contact Clavia.
