Hi, I agree, its a major problem. I would like to ask the Nord people
If they are going to deal with this issue?
I have been a faithfull Nordfan since this the very first electro and stage,
But the Ns3 88 is Piano vice a big dissapointment. If Nord dont do something for us,keyboardplayers that plays mostly piano, and use the synth and sampleplayer also
I personally will keep my Ns2EX ,sell the NS3 again, and then they (maybe) will be loosing their faithfully users in the future.
Dont forget that this suppose to be their flagship and its not OK to downgrade the Piano section, as i feel
The NS3 is, it also is a very expensive instrument not to forget.
I have the Ns3 88 and Ns2ex side by and i think the Ns2ex feels and sounds better.
And one thing more, the Triple pedal!!!
Why dont nord offer one pedal with only sustain that can activate the sustain function we already payd for,
The big tripple pedal is outdated for those of use that only needs the sustain pedal, its too big, too expensive
And not well enough build,i have had 3 that all have been broken, and now i just use a normal sustain pedal.
I think that smells to much of a moneymachine, and i think thats a dangerous way to go for a company like Nord, that always have been standing for quality..

Maybe Nord people could join this forum???

Lars

It's very sad to hear that! But I'm about to go the same way! Piano are very unexpressive on NS3. I Know many people here doens't feel this way, but I really do as so many other will if not now soon.

Lars, just out of curiosity.

A couple of years ago, you said this on the NS2 EX:

I have had them all in the Nord stage family, and Now i also have the Nordstage 2 76HA.
The thing is that the Action has become much to light in my opinion, and the feeling, to play Piano is very hard (at least for me, simply because it has become to light).
When i compare to the Ns 2 76, this is Harder action, I know that all says that If i press the velocity level on 1 is the same as the old one, that is not true, something has happen.
And to reaah velocity level 127 is too easy and it makes this instrument hard to control.. I am wondering if others have the same feeling, i think about selling mine..
Do you think it is possible that your keyboards may have changed over time, so that your (now two year old) NS2EX has changed somehow in the feel? Or did something else happen to your NS2 EX -- if it improved over time?

As said, I'm just being curious about what may have happened since them, just to understand the context of the problem.
