I just "preordered" mine yesterday after I had finally collected enuf cash from sellin misc s*** on eBay and handing over the all the cash to the wife to deposit into the bank. The hoops we jump thru sometimes...

Anyway, today I got a call from Musicians Friend's accounting Dept asking if I had actually placed the order and was it legit? Answering Yes and verifying my info, I then asked when they would arrive at their warehouse and then, most important, when it would actually ship to me? To Oregon of course where I collude with my mom who then ships it to me in CA saving me $319.00 in compulsory socialist fees even after the $50 Fedex label I email to her.

The answer? TOMMORROW.

I'll believe it when I get the actual tracking number, but if true, I'll finally be able to get this bad boy and sell my E5D. I had the NS2 for 2 years (rev 1 and then the EX) but want the physical draw bars so I sold it for $3,100k while I still could and suffered thru using a used Electro 5D (eBay $1300) for the past couple of months which honestly isn't a bad board,but going from the NS2 to a E5D is pretty painful when it's your main board... Nord ELectro 5D/61 for sale....soon.

The new interface is pretty cool but even for an EE and gadget nutcase like me, I had to watch the YouTube videos to grasp some of the finer points... now I can't wait to get into the NS3!!!

Another call to their support Grp got a different answer.... they're sticking to July 31st. Knew it sounded too good to be true.

Wondering if you compared the major online stores and chose Kraft?

I know they all are limited to the same discounted prices on a given model, but I see that Kraft offers some bonus packages (cables, pedals, cases) thrown in free or for a small up-charge, while Sweetwater gives you a 2-year warranty, etc.

If I'm going off topic here, and shouldn't be, somebody let me know!

I had initially preordered a 76 HP from my salesman at Sweetwater at the lower initial price that was out the first couple of days. I then changed my mind to go with the HA88. Sweetwater had already raised prices and wouldn't honor the original price that was present on the 88 when I preordered the 76 (a $500 difference!). I saw that Kraft hadn't changed their prices yet so I immediately preordered the 88 from them and cancelled my Sweetwater preorder.

Kraft told me it looks like November before they get the Compacts. I ordered mine from them the day they were announced. So, a little unhappy at the moment.
