Do you have the latest firmware on your S3 and the newest version of Nord Sound Manager?

Igoragrich - here are a few questions to help diagnose the issue:
1. From what OS version was the backup created? Was it 1.40?
2. What size is the backup file? Is it over 2GB?
I would recommend that you try to create a new backup file with OS 1.40 and see if the restore works with the new file. Maybe the original backup was somehow corrupted.
