It's a shame the price is so high on the software.
Indeed it is not for free.
I recently came across HighLife (http://www.kvraudio.com/get/977.html) which seems quite nice in particular when sampling from VSTi Instruments, even though it is not that far automated.
But it is freeware, thus might be worth a try?!

Is Resampler still available? In what way(s) do you find it better than SampleRobot or AutoSampler?

Better, hum, I found the interface less messy, but since then I tried out SampleRobot intensively and the learning curve is fairly steep, so now I will probably get the latter once I get my NS2.
