Sounds like a simple wave with resonance modulated with both LFO and pitch.

Do you need this sound?

The sound effect that starts the song. Theres an effect then a whistle sound comes in then the synth riff. I assume I can find the synth riff sound the first two I am clueless. Thanks

I am certainly no synth maven, but I am pretty sure that the whistle is not any additional effect but rather the product of the resonance being turned all the way up. Try it yourself (turn the volume down though so as not to damage your hearing!) - select a simple wave and turn the resonance all the way clockwise then play with the cutoff frequency - you will hear a nasally whoosh or whistle through a range of frequencies.
