No, it is not possible in general, there are some workarounds implying resampling or other tricks(see the answers in the similar post opened today post81538.html#p81538.) but NS has only 2 Synth sections.

Well - there are also a few tricks. Take for example, the Farfisa (F) setting of the Organ section. By getting the sound "roughly" like a sine wave or saw wave, you can add Effects (Chorus or Flange, Tremolo, Delay) plus reverb - and get a close approximation of some polyphonic synth sounds, say Oxygen type JMJ sounds (which came from an organ originally).

I have set up a few Stage sounds in just that way.

You can also of course double up a Farfisa sound, using different octaves and other tricks. Same for some of the piano sounds.

Using 3 zone splits, using Piano/Organ to "approximate" other synth sounds. In a pinch it works quite well.

You want some synth sound, bye a synth...there is a good "red" company which seems to be not bad at all...

I second that, the electric organ basic sounds (each single drawbar) are essentially sine waves and saw waves.
You won't get complex synth sounds from them, and of course you can't use the synth's filter, envelopes etc. But applying some effects (even just a healthy dose of chorus and reverb), for basic polyphonic stuff (pads etc) they can work pretty well.

A cheap fix: buy something like a roland JV-1010 or XV-2020 half rack module and use the extern section to drive it. Lots of usable sounds in those for not much money.
