Hi guys
I'm new to this forum, but I've checked it out a few times and i'm amazed! So many good musicians that are using this forum.
Maybe you guys can help me out here. I've got this sound (recorded through midi and with the help of a computer) that i want to use on my Nord Stage EX. I've tried to tweek the Nord, but i just cannot get the sound right... On my computer it's a wurlitzer... But on the Nord the wurlitzer has another sound to it. Can anybody program this sound for me? I would be very grateful!
thx
thom

Re: Looking for this Wurly sound
Sounds like a Wurlitzer (with no dynamics) played though a phaser. Have you tried using the phaser effect on your Nord?

That´s what I was gonna try with, but something came up, instantly.
Go 4 that first and let us know how it works out.

Re: Looking for this Wurly sound
Is this close enough?
The Nord's wurly has quite a lot more depth in it. I changed it a bit with the EQ but the knobs can't go any further .
I used a slow-ish phaser and a light tremolo in there as well.
The sound isn't really spot on, but I hope it's a fair enough sound to work with.
