Since it is challenging , here is a simple way to make a heavy rock guitar synth sound on your nord stage Ex.Select the 94th sound called 1st quarter under the synth catagory.If you do not have this sound download it from the attachments.Turn the Freq to 2.0 Khz.Next turn the resonance nob to 1 and a half.Then then selct A-Wa2 in the Effect one section.Adjust the amount to 52 and the rate to 47.Now set the Hall soft setting in the reverb section and turn the reverb nob to 6.set the Compresser to 7.2 The sound is almost done!

To add distortion select amp one and turn the distortion nob to 9.Set the Bass at 10,the Mid at 15 and Treble at 10 and a half.The result is very shredable.Now play with the sound adding delay or adjusting the reverb.

sounds great, in particular being based on simple synthesis!!
WHen trying to recreate however I did not manage to get the same result. (btw, the freq you mean 2Khz I guess)
Is it based on the Triplo preset ?? (I deleted many presets so not sure which No. 94 is)
I attached my try but it is not exactly the same I guess??! Mqaybe you can upload your patch? Should sound better

UPDATE: Rebild the patch and added the correct one to the first port

The sound is based on the 1st qaurter factory preset.if you download that sound you should be able to get an almost identical result.To you it may sound a little different from the demo but that is only because it is recorded through a laptop speaker.

This sounds great! Could one of you Nord gurus convert this sound so I can use it in my Electro or Wave?

Auctualy DJ keys I dont know much about converting sounds.However the 1st quarter preset is a high freq 5th lead.If you can find a standard fifth saw detune synth,add auto-wa ,distortion and reverb you should be able to imitate my sound.

Given the dynamics, I don't know how efficient a conversion would be.
I might give it a try but still don't get the original sound
