Similar synth sound to this patch?

I was wondering if you guys could help me maybe find a similar patch/program that sounds like the one in this video:

The Synth part comes in at 3:00 and has a sick vibrato. How would you guys construct this synth sound? I'm very new at synth stuff so any help would be super appreciated.
My Rig: Nord Stage 2 88/2 x EV ZLX15p/Mackie Powerfx12 Mixer
I play mainly Jazz piano at Cal Poly Pomona and also play Organ/Rhodes stuff in a Blues Rock band called "Good Rocky's Revolver"!
