I bought a Nord Piano 2 yesterday and am having problems downloading the Italian grand to my device.
I followed the manual. Then I followed the video instructions on the website.

So far...
I opened the Sound Manager and selected four sounds to get rid of and did it using the delete button. I confirmed the deletions while making sure none of the deleted pianos were selected.
Then I clicked on File -> Sound Upload and selected the Italian grand. It did the "clean" and download" which took four to five minutes.
I can see the Italian grand in the Piano view of the sound manager but when I click on Program it cannot be found. Also, when I scroll through the program on the actual Nord piano I cannot find the Italian grand.

Any sugestions?

Loading a piano to the piano memory area will not automatically cause a program to be created which selects this piano. Note the number shown in the Piano View in Nord Sound Manager. That is the model number. Select that number from within any program and you'll be hearing that piano. Store the program if you wish to retain it. Don't forget to rename it to something appropriate.
