soft case for Hp 73

I just bought a NP 2 hp 73 and while I await it"s arrival I am looking for a softcase like the one Nord offers for the electro 73 . From looking at the dimensions in the spec's it doesn't seem like that case will fit, and I can't find one specifically offered anywhere I've looked . Any ideas, and thanks, (this is my first post ).

Hi KB,

You are correct, Nord's GB73 will not accommodate the HP model. Sorry that I do not have an alternate solution for you, but wanted to ensure that you didn't get the wrong one in error.

btw I contacted you a few months ago about looking for pictures of cleaning the electro 73 as I have a couple of keys that don't sound . I haven't gone at it yet,and keep hoping someone will post a few pictures of the process .

Hi KB,

Didn't know that was you...and still haven't made it to St. John for a housecall.

Someone here who performed that operation under my guidance prepared a very nice photo presentation of the operation. He deviated ever so slightly from my recommended procedure, but had success and did a wonderful job at detailing the operation with still photos. I have video footage in the hopper of the same operation on an NE4D, but editing and voiceover to do still... If you do a search in this forum , I feel certain that you will find it.

I travel soon and I need to buy the old softcase for HP 73. I found one on a website but I need to make sure that the size of the case is under the following : 1200 X 380 X 300mm
Is someone can confirm it as I don't find the size anywhere of Internet? Indeed, I will bring the keyboard in the plane.

forcing an HP73 into a Compact (SW73) case will be a simple task if you have a sledgehammer on hand; otherwise not
