OS 1.30 update messes up Piano Info ?
Hi, I'm new here, this is my first post. I have update my wonderful Nord Piano from ver 1.28 to 1.30, everything seems to work OK. But when holding the shift+Piano Info buttons, wrong piano types for many of the programs apear in the display.. Program 8:1 Epiano 1 is now shown as Grand Lady D Lrg 5.0 sample, and so on. The programs/sounds are right, only the display is telling me something else. I can select the right piano model (ex. EPiano1 MK1 low deep 5.3) and do a save, but after turning the instrument off and on again the problem is still there !! I have updated to OS 1.30 two times with the same result, any coments are welcome !

Hello SorenP,
Welcome to the forum!
Sorry to hear that you have difficulties with your NP.
I believe you'll want to contact Nord support for this one:
http://www.clavia.se/main.asp?tm=Suppor ... al_support
Please post back and let us known how the issue is resolved.
Maybe one of our other NP owners that has done the upgrade will post to let us know if they had similar problems.
Cheers, Hanon

Same issue on mine. Someone already contacted the support about this issue?
Have you tried restoring your libary? Would be my next attempt on this.

Re: OS 1.30 update messes up Piano Info ?
Hi I have repported the problem to Nord, and they have mailed back to me that it is a bug in OS 1.30. It will be fixed in a future opdate. They still recommend OS 1.30 despite of this error, since it is a better OS than 1.28.
I'm glad its not a hardware problem...
Best Regards
Soren

Re: OS 1.30 update messes up Piano Info ?
Thanks for this update.
In my mind one of the most important changes in this OS is the Checksum on Startup and the new functionality of the transpose-button. I hated having to set the transpose everytime by new after having it deactivated.
Then we'll need to wait for the next update but in my opinion, this isn't a too big problem if you can't see the full pianoinfo.
Greets.
