NP3 program banks missing locations 6-10

All of the program banks on my Piano 3 jump from location 5 to location 11. I did a factory restore and it's still the same. Is this a bug or a feature? It doesn't affect functionality but it messes with my OCD that when I scroll through programs it jumps from 5 to 11.

Hi, it seems normal.
You can jump by pressing the buttons 1 to 5 also.
You will notice that all piano for example are in 1.
Push the 1, keep it pushed, and turn the knob.
You will see all piano.
Same thing for ep's in 4.
