New sample programs I am creating don't respond to keyboard velocity (they always play at the same volume). I have tried setting the velocity options in the "Velocity Controlled Dynamics" menu but that doesn't seem to be working. Is this normal in the Nord Piano 2 that my own samples have no velocity control?
I have got the latest operating system and program edition.

Hi Lukas,
Looking at page 15 of the NP2 manual, it should be done with the Kbd Touch setting. Not sure (it's not saying in in the manual) if this is only for the piano section.

Solution: With the VEL DYN checkbox checked in sample editor all is working correctly.
