Nord piano sound library Headphones vs Speakers
What do you guys think? Do you get more benefit from a good pair of headphones or good speakers? what are the pros and cons?

Re: Nord piano sound library Headphones vs Speakers
If my family is home I use headphones. If not, I use my monitors as I have yet to find a pair of headphones that are really comfortable. With the right gear, both are nice. Just make sure you get decent frequency response from what you buy. For me if I don't get the lows down to around 40hz or so, I feel like I'm playing without anything under my feed. I don't play in a band though so I suppose with a good base player in the mix the lows would not matter as much. On the highs, due to my age it doesn't matter much. In my younger years I WAS in a band and I think our guitar player took out a bit of my hearing. His amp was right behind me when we played and he played really loud. I should have invested in a good set of earplugs.
