I have no idea how this started. I turned on my piano today to start work, and when I held down the una corda pedal at the finale of a Chopin etude, I noticed nothing changed in the timbre. I then tried out the sostenuto pedal and nothing happened. The sustain is still working, but is iffy in the half-pedalling. This started completely out of the blue. I tried adjusting the pedal settings in the pedal menu, nothing. Unplugged and reinserted the cable after turning the piano off, nothing. Checked the cord for damage, nothing. I even listened for the pedal noise, and that is now absent despite this feature being turned on. I had no problems with my piano for nearly 2 years, and today it just decided to work properly. I have no idea if it's the piano or the pedals, and I don't have the money for a new one at this point in time!
What is going on here and what can I do to fix it?

Nevermind, after inspecting even closer, it looks as though one of my family's cats chewed the wire severely, and the wires that connect the middle and left pedals has been severed.
