Nord Piano 2 - triple pedal issues

Hi all, my triple pedal on my NP2 has lost functionality on 2 of the 3 pedals. Only the sustain works (including half-pedaling), the other 2 pedals are not doing anything.

Not sure if it is the pedal as the input jack on the NP2 does not seem as snug as it was when I bought the piano in the spring - when the jack is connected there is a small amount of lateral motion.

If this is a warranty issue do I start with Pablo, or do I contact Nord first?

Have you checked that the Pedal is still set to "Triple" in the system menu?

ps -- since the sustain works okay, I am guessing that the 1/4" receptacle on the back of the instrument is probably good. pedals live a difficult life, always on the floor, usually in the dirtiest of environments, and constantly being stepped on. probably the pedal. if you bought last spring, the warranty covers you
