Midi guitar with Nord piano 2

I have Casio midi guitar and I want to connect with Nord via midi.Casio guitar out........ connect Nord midi in. But there is no sound out from Nord piano 2. Any help ???

Welcome on this forum.

Check the midi channels of each instrument if they line up and are able to communicate.
