I had bit of rattling going in a new board.. I've tried to ignore it couple of days but eventually removed left cheek, had a look inside and immediately spotted the issue - it was to do with a flat cable that was about 1mm away from something and it was very sensetive to vibration from the keys.. reached it with the stick, pushed it away a bit more and issue was resolved
