Hi to everyone, this is my first post here ! I recently got a Lead 2 rack and I want to download new sounds, I understand I have to download first the Midi OX soft. My question is can I preview/listen those sounds before uploading into Nord ? Thanks !

Yes, you can preview the sound, but first you have to send the sysex to the Nord.

Once you send the sysex file to the NL2, the synth parameters will be set to the new settings but they are not permanently saved, you have to manually save the patch using the "store" button.
So don't worry, you can safely upload new patches and audition the sounds before erasing / overwriting anything.

Oh by the way, the above procedure only works for individual patches/programs. If you send a whole BANK, it will be downloaded and installed immediately, no chance to preview all the individual sounds.
