Hej Kroffe!

To make it rough and dirty, but comparable?, I made a MIDI sequence with Logic and used for them all ... ;)

I just love all your patches for NLA1 & NL4. :D

You could probably get a passable string section sound by layering a string pad with a second layer programmed to emulate the attack portion of a string section fading into the pad. It's an old trick I used to use with an FM synth for the attack portion and analog for the pad. Modulating the attack time with velocity allows faster attack for runs, arpeggios and faster melodic lines, slower attack for gentle chord playing.

Unfortunately I don't have an A1 to knock something up , so....

...any takers?

Hej Kaustubhnn and RedLeo!

Nice and easy now ... I'll post the Tines and Wurly patches as soon as I get home from @boringoffice.se and into my red studio. :D

Thankyou Marlowes. NLA1 seems to be very deep machine than i thought. Its my first synth and i am learning to explore and imitate precisely some 80's synth patches  . but somehow i am not close  . i am trying for Van Halen's "Jump". Can you help me with recipe or any tips?
