Hello. I know this has come up before and I imagine I will get some flack for bringing it up again but I never found
an answer to, what is to me, a serious problem. Simply, the organ patches on my Nord Electro 4 have way less volume than
the other patches. I save the organ patches I make at the highest possible gain, but when I go to them in a live situation
the volume is much lower than other instrument patches. And, unless it is my imagination, the volume actually seems to decrease over
the course of the gig. This may be my imagination, but I have over 10 years experience with Electros. This never happened with my
Nord Electro 2. I would appreciate any comments/suggestions. I know I'm not crazy. Thank you.

Re: volume drop on organ patches
The only time I've ever had a problem with the volume on the organ patches has been because I've had a control pedal plugged in and turned down. As soon as I've opened the control pedal up again, I've had full volume.
Do you have any control pedals or a midi set up that might be interfering with the signal? Best to try your keyboard free of any outside influence first to see if that could be the source of the problem.

That's a good and simple idea. I am using a Yamaha FC-7. I'll try that approach.
Perhaps a different deal would work better. Thank you

Re: volume drop on organ patches
As an E4HP owner, I’ve noticed this, too. But a couple of impressions:
It’s not a deal-killer for me, as my Master Volume is usually set at 12:00, and it’s trivial to crank it for the occasional piece that calls for it. That said, it would be a pain to do this if I were frequently patch switching within a song.
That said, why not simply gain-stage all your other programs relative to the organ levels?
As far as getting softer as a gig progresses... are you sure your bandmates aren’t getting louder? Or the venue itself is getting louder? I observe both in my situation, on a regular basis...
