trouble downloading new samples on N2

I bought the Nord electro 2 used so I don't have the disk. I downloaded the electro tool but I'm having trouble getting the sample loaded on to it. the usb is connected and I was able to delete a sample but can't seem to get the samples on the tool it self. help me please I really wanted to figure this out myself but I'm starting to get really frustrated.

I'm not really sure about this, because it's been a couple of years since I had an electro myself.

Here's just some tips.

Update the electro to latest OS(this is done only by midi).

Have the latest electro tool and samples. Update the USB driver to the electro tool, if using windows.

Make sure the electro has room for the sounds you want to upload.
