No idea if this is pertinent, but do you need a free program location to load a new one?

Probably and rather than drag/drop it is better to use the Sound Download function in NSM.

And that's normal. Your window on the left must be in ORGANIZE mode.


Now I don't know what kind of file you're trying to drop, but on your video I can read "Nord Electro 3 Program" so it means that you must drop them in the "Program" screen of your NE3 (set in ORGANIZE mode, of course).
