Hi all - very new to the keyboard...
I seem to be stuck in "set list" mode whenever I power on. I can't get it to exit this mode to go back to programs mode.
Clicking "set list" does nothing - it just stays green.
What am I missing?

That's happened on occasion to me as well. I just kept on pushing different buttons and finally it left set mode. Now I try to ensure I'm not in set list mode when I power down.

Happened again last night at practice...very annoying! I managed to get out of it though by "mashing buttons". No idea what's causing this....
I'll try not powering down in set list mode if I can get out of it!

I have to wonder whether perhaps this might be caused by something as simple as a failing button switch -- although failures of those switches are extremely rare. Please contact me via my regular work contacts so that we can explore this more closely.

Bonjour,

Même problème pour moi sur mon Nord Electro 5D 61.
Souvent au démarrage du synthé en mode "Set liste" , je ne peux plus repasser en mode "program".
La seule solution que j'ai trouvé est de redémarrer le synthé, ce qui solutionne le problème...

Il serait important pour Clavia de corriger rapidement ce bug bloquant !

This also happens to my electro 5d if you shut down in set list mode
To get out you need to turn the program advance knob while pushing the set
It's button
Always powering down in program mode will avoid the problem

I just upgraded my Electro 5D73 to OS 1.40, and I cannot get out of SETLIST mode with any key combination, power-off/power-on, or unplugged/wait. It does not appear to be a key issue (the setlist key), but obviously -- I do not know. I'm not sure where to go to next to resolve this issue. Thanks -- Murphy

If this is only happening with OS 1.4, shouldn't Nord jump on this? I haven't tried shutting down in Set List mode, nor will I. I have enough headaches dealing with Microsoft software!!!

Just now, I went into Nord Sound Manager, version 6.90, and was able to force it out of Setlist mode by double-clicking on Bank 1, Program 1. My Setlist button appears to be working %100 (for the last few minutes anyway). This would be irritating if you didn't have a laptop handy. Hopefully, this was a fluke. Of course, I had to have a laptop nearby, because I just upgraded my Nord OS.

Just wondered if you are still having any problems with the 'Setlist' mode being stuck? I'm a bit wary to upgrade my new NE5d up to version OS1.40 Would you recommend it? Many thanks.
