soft case with straps for electro 5 HP?

Postby Marlene » 11 Jun 2017, 18:41

Hi everyone,
as we know, the north electro 5 HP won't fit into the nord soft case with straps (whereas the electro 5D does). Now my question is: Did anyone find an alternative portable soft case of another brand that would work? It doesn't make sense for me to get the 76 soft case with wheels, cause it is way to heavy and I live at the 4th floor.
Thank you very much,
Marlène

Check out the "World Tour" brand cases on Amazon. There's one that says it's 41" long, but i's really perfect for the Electro 5 HP 73 keys. I know -- I have the big heavy one with wheels that is just too much for quick moves.

Yes. There is a backpack strap included with the case.

I use the Mono M80 case for my NE5HP. VERY snug fit but it works great, is light and strong and and has backpack straps.

Another gig bag to consider is the Fusion Keyboard 06. I just bought the Keyboard 07 for my Stage 2EX 76, and I like it a lot. It's light and protective with a lot of clever features. It's got a built in backpack system that tucks away when not in use.

It is nearly as light as the Nord bags, but has a denser padding to provide better protection. I can fit the Nord music rest in the front pocket as well.

I am looking for a softcase as well, and contacted Mono themselves to back this up. they said that an electro 5 hp wouldnt fit in a Mono M80 case.

how does this work with you? do you have to stretch the case out to let it fit?
