What the new Electros need is more of the old Electro. They should bring back the full set of clav EQ controls and the 8 program select buttons of the Electro 2. (Or maybe, instead of 8 program select buttons, they could be 4 Bank buttons plus 4 program select buttons, more like the NS2.)

You can do that on the Electro 6 no?

No, the Electro is still only a single piano, synth and organ. So. while you can now have three sounds at once, you can't double sounds, meaning you can't select a piano and Rhodes sound at the same time (they are both part of the piano engine).

You could add a Rhodes sample to the synth engine and layer that in, but it wouldn't quite be the same thing as using the Rhodes from the piano section (the dynamics control is different between the two sections).

Totally agree. I switched from NE3-73 to NE4 -amongst others things- to stop suffering from having only 2 program buttons.
And it's a pity to me that the clavinet setting was put away.

Pitch bend and Modulation would pretty much make it a stage. That product already exists.

I would love to see the set list function come back as well as being able to layer and split with more flexibility. Two synths layered and split with an organ at the top. Pitch bend is needed.

Once again that would no longer be an electo. What you want already exists, its called a Nord Stage

An envelope filter cutoff knob and adsr would be nice.
