Why does the startup ends up like this?

I'm not sure what the problem is but The Nord always starts up with the status at power off.

I can't see any problem there.
Maybe you delete the Upright piano asociated with memory 5.1?

Leo is correct, it appears that the Upright Piano which has been stored into program 5.1 is missing, most likely from having been manually deleted by an operation performed by you in Nord Sound Manager. If/when a piano sample becomes corrupted, the model # will blink in that window instead of showing "- -"
to correct this, there are two main possibilities: 1) install an upright piano into the Piano Memory area, select model #1 in that program and STORE the newly edited program, or 2) simply select a different Piano Type in that program and STORE the newly edited program.
