All of a sudden the organ presets stopped working as well as the drawbars. They would light up when I pressed the draw buttons but the sound would remain the same.
I turned the keyboard off and on a couple times but the problem remained. I then attempted a full restore using the sound manager, which to my great relief appears to have worked. The keyboard is still under warranty but the thought of it malfunctioning again is still worrisome.
Anyone else had this problem?
Any idea on what might have caused it?

Ahh, I discovered what caused the problem. I must have inadvertently split the keyboard by pressing the preset button and shift key.
How do you unsplit it???

Welcome to the forums.

To unsplit, it's the same sequence as splitting.
Press the Shift and the Split buttons.
Page 12 of the manual.
