I'm using my nord electro2 both as a standalone and to control NI kontakt in ableton live. some of the knobs / drawbars are automatically controlling various functions in kontakt, is there a way to disable that specific midi information from being sent by the electro? specifically the drawbars and leslie on/off button. can i have it only send note information? i'm in a bit of a time crunch, so any quick help would be greatly appreciated!
thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forum!
You can't disable or turn off the MIDI Continuous Controllers "CC" on the NE2.
There should be a way to filter out this info in software.
Back when I had an NE2 I bought one of these for just that purpose:
Nord recognized this need and addressed it in later instruments.
Cheers, Hanon

The Anatek product has been out of production for years, but a MIDI Solutions Event Processor should do the trick for you. I've never used Ableton, but I would start there and see if there's a way to disable most CC values. I say most because you probably want to be able to still send volume and sustain.
