When I use the "TRANSPOSE" function of my NE5, its key changes as expected, but the harmonies of the midi-connected VLT2 don't change, though a midi signal is recognized. The harmonies follow those played on the NE5, but in the same (now wrong) key as before the transposing.
So how can I send a "TRANSPOSE" command to my "TC Helicon VoiceLive Touch 2" via Nord Electro 5d and Midi

Re: How send TRANSPOSE from NE5 via Midi to VoiceLive Touch
The "transpose" is an internal setting of each machine, there is no MIDI message related to Transpose and on NE5 the MIDI Notes are always sent "non-transposed" (actual keys); the possible solution I see is that you have to create "transposed" Programs in Voicelive and recall them as needed.

Re: How send TRANSPOSE from NE5 via Midi to VoiceLive Touch
But how is it then possible to play a second keyboard or a sampler via NE5's MIDI out? I thought the second keyboard would always play the same key as the NE5 even when transposed.
And: There are MIDI CC # 52 ("Transpose Enable") and # 53 ("Transpose Value") in the NE5#s midi controller list. Why?
And: My old Yamaha PSR3000 Keyboard seems to send kind of a "TRANSPOSE" MIDI message to my old Digitech MIDIVOCALIST so that its voices are in the same correct (transposed) key as the transposed PSR3000. How is that possible, when there is no MIDI message related to Transpose?

I just found the following on: http://support.tc-helicon.com/hc/en-us/ ... rd-Stage-2
Maybe this solves my problem?

Transposed MIDI notes from Nord Stage 2
Question
I send midi notes from my Nord Stage 2 and it works. When I transpose the Nord (-1 for example), the transposed notes not getting recognized.
Answer
Please use extern(al) section instead of global MIDI, turn off the "global" channel in the MIDI menu; otherwise all notes will be sent 2 times (untransposed / transposed) and can not be recognized correctly.

NE5D user manual, page 14:
I'll try this!
MIDI messages for sustain and control pedal are only sent if their respective functions are activated
for Part Upper. Also, Transpose and Octave Shift settings will affect the outgoing MIDI stream, unlike
with MIDI sent on the global channel.
I'll try this!

Yes, that sounds like the solution, I didn't know the Part Upper on NE5 behaves as the NS Extern. Try that!
PS: when I said that there is no MIDI message for Transpose, I meant there is no standard message/CC (I should have been more precise).

That's it! I tried this and it did well.
Only upper part's midi data have to be sent to VLT2. No global midi data!
