I dunno if anyone has encountered this before... My Electro 3 73 had a weird thing happen at my gig last night.
In the B3 and Farfisa settings, the upper register (right-side) LED drawbars would engage and work normally, but the sounds would not change. I still had lower fundamental tones and such (thank god- made it through the show), but couldn't get the upper complex harmonics nor the highest octave ones to engage the sound function. Lights worked normally.
Anyone encountered this before?
HELP!

Re: HELP! Electro 3 glitch/problem...
To me, this seems to be a software glitch... From what you describe the HW worked correctly (the LEDs tracked drawbar buttons). I'm guessing you didn't cycle the power during the gig, so does the problem continue now that you power cycled the keyboard?
If yes, it was some (hopefully rare) glitch.
If it persists, I suggest reloading the OS.
Let us know what you find out.

You didn't accidentally switch off the keyboard split, did you? Just checking...

Really good thought!
This could happen with the split turned ON (I've done this): where I change draw bar settings for the split I'm not playing...
