Help! E3 Crash

Hello everyone!

First of all, i'm sorry for my english.

Well, the problem is:

During the playing with E3, keyboard is just switch off with the effects lights still flashing. After reboot, keyboard is on, all lights are flashing, but i can't play anything, keys don't play any sounds!

How i can resolve this situation?

Nord Electro 3 73, with american power line through step-downtransformer from 220 to 110v.

Before contacting Nord Technical Support
I would recommend finding a way to test the unit with a different power source and converter.
