help downloading os upgrade

Help! I am attempting to download os 3.04. The update wizard tells me to press and hold "program 1 & program 5" which I don't see on my instrument. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Have you tried these two yet?

If it's not these, then try Shift and Store together.
