Hi,
I just buy a nord electro 5 /61. It's great but when i use headphone, i have no sound. I can just heard the piano. For the other sound, it's very far, very low.
I can hear some when i use the reverb.
But all the sounds seams far away and very weak.
I test my headphone on my pc, it's working very good.
Do i have to go back to the shop ?
Thanks for your answer.

Re: headphone problem
Your problem is your 1/4"-1/8" headphone adapter which you are using with keyboard, causing phase cancellation. Nothing wrong with the instrument.

Re: headphone problem
No, I cannot show you which one on google, sorry. If I could, I would. The plug on your headphones may have an irregularity which is causing this, or it could be both headphone plug and adapter which together cause the problem. The connections are not being correctly made from 1/8" to 1/4" wires. If you obtain headphones which use built-in 1/4" plug, the problem will be gone. Connecting main audio outputs to mixer/amps/speakers will reveal that this problem does not exist in the main outs.
Your best bet will be to try one or another and see what works.

Re: headphone problem
I had a similar problem, and found that pulling out the 1/8" slightly from the adapter did the trick....
