Here's a curious one for Electro 5 owners... I use the E5 with a second keyboard to control the Upper Split. I use a Sub37 or Prophet '08 to play the Upper Part on Channel 8. Global channel is 14, lower in Channel 5 and upper in Channel 6. Sub37 and Prophet transmit Volume CC#7 from the master volume on both synths. OK so when I want to play Organ in Upper Split mode, I turn the volume down on the synth ('cos I down want to hear that mixed with the organ). No problems the Nord Organ on the Upper Part is still there. But when I change to Piano or Synth for the Upper Part and turn the volume down on my Sub/Prophet it also turns the volume down on the Nord. This seems right to me so it would appear the Organ Upper Split is ignoring CC#7 messages. However, the Upper Split part does respond to CC#11 from the Expression Pedal plugged into the Prophet so other CCs seem to be working.

If I just use the Upper keyboard for organ this is ideal. However, I also play stuff in the Nord Sample/Synth part on the Upper Split so I have to create a 'silent' patch in the Sub or the Prophet to get around this.

So in a nutshell:

Lower playing Piano or Synth (not talking about Split Organ mode)

Organ on Upper Split does not respond the CC#7 from controller keyboard
Synth/Piano on Upper split do respond to CC#7 from controller keyboard

Anyone got any thoughts? Would be interesting if this could be an option in the Global Menu.

As far as I know organ recognizes cc4 (swell) and cc 11 (master volume) but not CC7.
I think recognizing cc11 depends user setup in one the global menu.

At least this is what happens on my NS2.
