Re: downloading new sound to Electro 3
Have you downloaded to the keyboard memory or only on the pc ? If it's on the keyboard's memory and you select it on the pc and press "Enter", it must sound (at least on the headphones or speakers you are listening). Can you hear the other sounds?

Re: downloading new sound to Electro 3
Leo Castro,
I deleted 2 sounds to make room for the new sounds. Then I downloaded the new sounds in the Sound Manager on my computer (while plugged into my Electro 3). I double clicked each new sound and hit the Enter key. I hear no sound on the computer or the Electro 3. What am I missing? The Bank Up and Bank Down is for saving banks and then reloading them, right? I'm not using that function. One more thing, I can't hear any of the sounds on my computer by selecting them. But on my Nord, it seems like the slots for the two new sounds are just empty. John Gulack

You can only hear the sounds on the Nord, if not, everybody can have Nord sounds for free!! If you can listen the old samples, and not the 2 new, maybe you are missing something!

Maybe this 2 minutes video can help.
Good luck

"You can only hear the sounds on the Nord, if not, everybody can have Nord sounds for free!!"
Why not offer these sound libraries to everyone at a fair price?
Hands down, the Nord Electro Rhodes sounds are the best on the market, but I would really love to have that on my Kawai VPC Midi Controler with real keys.
Nord Electro has done a great job of making a great light weight alternative to analogue classic instruments but the keys are still not that realistic.

They are, for free even! Their entire business model is built around selling specialised player hardware for these libraries.

In other words, it’s like asking why Apple doesn’t make their macOS available to everybody for a fair price. Because they're not Microsoft, and their business is selling the boxes needed to run it.
The Nord libraries exist to make the hardware more attractive and justify the fact that it needs to be fairly expensive, not being mass-produced in China.
