Sorry if it's been mentioned already, but I see Nord has an article about the Clavia driver having trouble on Windows 10. Maybe that'll help.

I even tried a Macbook. Still nothing. It looks like either I'm doing something wrong or there's a problem with the keyboard.

I’m new to Nord. My Mac wouldn’t show sound manager. Drove me nuts, but then deleted old software, updated to new and works great.
