sorry if the question seems dumb but I've never seen something like this. The nord drum is powering but the power supply seems not fully plugged this is pretty weird

Hi!
That looks perfectly normal to me, mine has the same, and I also have some other 9v and 12v units with exactly the same plugs, none of them go all the way into the socket, so I think it's normal.
