What do you want it to do in combination with Logic?

You connected the PercPad to the Nord Drum's MIDI in, so you can play the Drum with the PercPad. However, with that setup you cannot send MIDI from Logic to the Nord Drum.

If you want to record (via MIDI, not audio) your playing on the PercPad, this will only be possible if the Nord Drum 'echos' incoming MIDI messages to the MIDI out port (like a MIDI thru port). No idea if the Nord Drum does that, but I think that in your current setup Logic only receives MIDI messages when you turn a knob or press a button on the Nord Drum.

The best setup might be to connect MIDI out on the PercPad to your computer; then also connect the MIDI in port on the Nord Drum (but preferably also the MIDI out port) to your computer. Logic can then see your drumming on the PercPad and it can control the Nord Drum, so it can send the MIDI messages you generate when playing on the PercPad to the Nord Drum, but it can also send (MIDI) recordings to the Nord Drum.

I hope this makes sense. If you only connect MIDI out on the PercPad and MIDI in on the Nord Drum, you can do it with your existing MIDI-to-USB cable. Also connecting MIDI out on the Nord Drum to Logic has the advantage of being able to record knob twiddling on the Nord Drum, but loosing that may not really be an issue for you.
