Why doesn't the power cord have a ground?
I don't know why I haven't noticed before, but I just noticed that the C2D's power cord doesn't have a ground. I am just curious as to why that is?

Hi,
You have only two wires ?
It's like that on the Stage 2.
Which "class compliance" are we ? 0 !! ?
Can we consider this to be a good point, because we avoid "buzz" sounds caused by ground loops when many electrical appliance are on a socket ?

Re: Why doesn't the power cord have a ground?
It should be Class II, no? (which does not require earth plug).
Still they seem to have switched to 4 plugs at some point, e.g., the Nord Piano HP:
But I think you should be fine nevertheless

The NS2 is Class II, it has the concentric squares symbol on the plate at the back, too.

Thanks! That was very informative. I learned something new! So the C2D is Class II then?

Re: Why doesn't the power cord have a ground?
If it had a three-wire plug, we'd all probably "lift ground" anyway, to minimize hum.
