Re: PK27 .... 6mth wait for delivery!!!
I made the bench, based on the Hammond B3P one. Same dimensions, but welded 2" rectangle steel instead of tubular for the folding stand. The bench top has wooden ends and vinyl top. Sturdy as! Could easily carry Joey D

Cam, does it not bother you that the Pedal Keys don't line up with the C2D like a real B3/C3 would? i.e. With the expression pedal in line with the F#, G# and A# three octaves from the top.
Even with the pedal as far to the left as the Nord ALU stand will allow, you're still 8in or so right of the normal B3/C3 positioning.
Or am I being OCD about this?

Re: PK27 .... 6mth wait for delivery!!!
I've checked my A100 and the Pedalkeys.
Both are identically placed over the E-F pedals.
The difference is the Pedalkeys line up with the lowest C on the keyboard, where on all B, C and A's the pedals are aligned with the E pedal being below the bottom C key on the manuals.
I was wondering why I was missing some pedals, saw this and have simply adjusted my playing. Not a big deal, and being pro I just adjust to whatever I play. Funny thing is there's always, always something wrong with all vintage Hammonds, and we deal with it as part of the joy!
If I was pedantic, I could move the C2D a few inches to the right to align the low c to the E pedal, but seriously, I'm simply gonna adapt.

PK27 .... 6mth wait for delivery!!!
Thanks for responding, Cam. Yeah, I guess I just need to adjust my playing. The funny thing is, Nord went to the trouble of designing the Pedal Keys to match real Hammond pedals exactly (see photo) and then design the ALU stand so that you can't sit the Pedal Keys far enough to the left to put the C2D's manuals in the correct relative position. Still, it's a great set-up for gigging and the C2D's an awesome instrument. For those of us who have OCD, they should make an OC2D.
Cheers,
-Brandon.
p.s. Been jamming on Pop It with my trio. Everyone loves that tune! Including my wife, which is rare for a hammond tune.

Damn Tapatalk app wouldn't let me post the photo showing the Pedal Keys lining up with a B3!
